We pair participants with experienced mentors who serve as guides, advocates, and champions, offering tailored support to navigate the complexities of job searching and career advancement. We deliver personalised coaching sessions designed to hone essential job skills, refine interview techniques, and create compelling resumes and portfolios that resonate with employers.

Skill Development Programs

We build a strong foundation with programs focusing on essential job skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving. We equip participants with in-demand technical skills, from digital literacy to coding and data analytics, ensuring they are well-prepared for the evolving demands of the job market. We offer pathways to earn recognized credentials and certifications that enhance employability, credibility, and career progression in competitive industries.

 Strategic Outreach

Through our Skill Development Centre in Una, Himachal Pradesh, we extend our transformative impact to first-generation female job seekers in underserved communities. This centre serves as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and empowerment, offering comprehensive support through digital resources, community partnerships, and blended learning programs.

We engage in skill workshops and seminars, immersive residential skill-building retreats, and inspiring exposure visits to leading institutes and industry innovators.

At EP-SkillBuild, we are committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment that promotes gender equality and empowers first-generation female job seekers. Our admission criteria are designed to reflect this commitment, aiming to admit 60% girls and 40% boys to ensure a balanced and diverse cohort.

Our Courses

Our courses are not just about imparting knowledge, they are about empowering learners with the right skills to understand the sector’s functions, operations, and regulations. We offer a variety of courses including Banking and Finance, Secretarial Practice, Inventory Management, Analytics, and Export-Import Management. Each course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to understand the sector’s functions, operations, and regulations.
